Naseem

November 23, 2006

Can’t imagine. To a parent of a child born with heart defects, this story hits _real_ deep.

Lizzie being born with Tetralogy and pulmonary atresia was hard enough. But “Ectopia cordis”:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ectopia_cordis. I can’t even imagine.

God, may You be glorified and the family comforted and Naseem healed. Thank you for the doctors and the medicine to get him this far. God, let Naseem go home by Christmas. Please let him go home by Christmas. And live for a long, long time.

“Doctors repair heart born outside baby’s body”:http://www.cnn.com/2006/HEALTH/11/23/baby.heart.ap/index.html (the ‘Next’ picture in the slideshow is not for the queezy (and coming from me that’s saying something))
