Lizzie had her 18 month dr appt today. She’s in the 75th percentile for her height. 6th percentile for her weight. (No joke)

So the doc said that we should add butter, cream, cheese, extra oils to her diet whenever possible until her weight catches up to her height a bit.

We promptly went to Burgerville after the appointment. 🙂

Side note: had the Sweet Potato Fries for the first time ever – my mouth has no idea what to do with that taste. I know it’s _good_, but my mouth can’t categorize it whatsoever.

I miss Burgerville. Not a fan of any of their fries, but awesome milkshakes, and incredible hamburgers.

the mother of three children who were well below the growth curve in weight (2 still are)is laughing hysterically.
i took a doc’s advice about that too and the kid’s liver panel lab studies 3 months later were not too good. in fact that earned the kid a liver ultrasound and another lab draw a month later. we went back to status quo and his liver panel was back to normal.
    go figure.
ps: one of those malnourished kids of mine is as scary smart as you are so i guess her brain didn’t suffer too much.
