San Francisco gets a lot of flak. Most of it, rightly so. But gotta give SF props for this:

    Agreed-when we were in Europe this summer we definitely saw this…..some countries had bags but they cost an extra five sense or so. Coming back to the States made me wish that as a society we took more steps to be better stewards of what we have. This is certainly a good step. Freddy’s, recently, has been selling cloth bags for a buck which is a great deal since they usually cost $10-12.
